GigaBeyond is a full-stack platform designed to empower gig economy workers with better tools and opportunities. As the co-founder and CEO, I led the product vision, architecture design, and engineering execution from day one.

Challenges & Learnings

Building a product from zero to one requires wearing many hats — from system design and coding to user research and business development. The biggest lesson was learning to ship fast while maintaining engineering quality.
